2. Service Overview
Mykro is a U.S.-based platform operated by Mykro Web Services LLC that provides tools for creating, managing, and publishing content online. One of our services, Mykro Studio, is a blogging platform that allows users to create, customize, and publish blogs, with optional AI-assisted content tools. We offer multiple service tiers, which may include Free and paid subscription plans, each with different features and usage limits.

3. Account Requirements
You must be at least 16 years old to use Mykro.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree that all information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

4. User Content & Ownership
You retain full ownership of the content you create and publish through Mykro services, including Mykro Studio. By publishing content on Mykro, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on the rights of others or violate any applicable laws.

5. AI Tools
Mykro may provide optional AI-powered content tools as part of certain services. AI-generated suggestions or outputs may not be stored by Mykro. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving AI-generated content before publication. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated material.

6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Post or distribute content that is illegal, pornographic, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Use the Services to distribute spam, malware, or malicious code.
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data without authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the functionality or security of the Services.
- Use Mykro services to create or distribute content targeted at minors under 16 without appropriate parental consent or legal safeguards.
Publishing or distributing illegal or explicit material is a violation of these Terms and may result in content removal, temporary or permanent account suspension, and referral to law enforcement where required by law.

7. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through third-party payment processors, such as Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Refunds, if offered, are handled according to our applicable refund policy.

8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to Mykro or its users. Upon termination, your data and content may be deleted from our systems, subject to applicable laws and data retention requirements.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Mykro services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uptime, availability, or the accuracy of content, including content generated through AI tools.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mykro Web Services LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, if the changes are material, notify you via email or in-app notice.
